By accessing or using Peanuts (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Peanuts provides a platform for creating custom AI-powered helpers that integrate with messaging platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. These helpers help you log, track, and capture information through text, voice, and photo interactions.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of the data and content you create using our Service. By using Peanuts, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Peanuts and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period
- Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits are used
- Subscription refunds are available within 7 days of purchase

8. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peanuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
