AI Outputs

Every document, image, and report generated by Peanuts is automatically saved and tracked. This gives you a complete history of all AI-generated content with powerful search and analytics.

What Gets Tracked

The following AI outputs are automatically saved:
  • Documents - Invoices, quotes, proposals, contracts
  • Visual Documents - Branded PDFs with custom layouts
  • Images - AI-generated images for any purpose
  • Reports - Analysis and summary reports

Viewing Your Outputs

Via the Outputs Page

Navigate to Settings → AI Outputs to see all your generated content. You can:
  • Filter by output type (documents, images, reports)
  • Search by client name or content
  • Filter by time period
  • Download any output
  • Delete outputs you no longer need

Via Ask Peanuts

You can query your outputs using natural language:
"Show my quotes for ACME this month"
"How much did I invoice in January?"
"List all images I generated this week"
"What's my total invoice value this year?"

Output Metadata

Each output stores:
FieldDescription
TypeDocument, visual document, image, or report
SubtypeMore specific type (invoice, quote, proposal)
ClientAssociated client name (if applicable)
SummaryBrief description of the content
Total AmountMonetary value (for invoices/quotes)
FileLink to download the generated file
CreatedWhen the output was generated

Analytics

Ask Peanuts can provide analytics on your outputs:
  • Count by type - How many of each type you’ve generated
  • Total value - Sum of all invoice/quote amounts
  • By client - Breakdown of outputs per client
  • Trends - Compare across time periods
Example queries:
"How many invoices did I create this month vs last month?"
"Which client has the most quotes?"
"What's the average invoice value?"

Tips

  1. Regular cleanup - Delete old test outputs to keep your history clean
  2. Use client names - Consistent client naming makes searching easier
  3. Ask Peanuts - Natural language queries are often faster than browsing
