Setting Up a Report
Report Configuration
| Option | Description |

| Day of week | Which day to send the report (e.g., Sunday) |
| Time | What time to generate and send (in your timezone) |
| Recipient | Email address to receive the report |
| Include charts | Whether to include visual charts |
What’s Included
Each PDF report contains:- Summary stats: Totals, averages, counts for the week
- Entry list: All entries from the reporting period
- Charts: Visual representations (if enabled)
- Trends: Week-over-week comparisons
- Streaks: Current streak status
Accountability Partner
Send reports to someone else for accountability:Timezone Handling
Reports are generated based on your account timezone setting:- The “week” is calculated in your timezone
- The send time respects your timezone
- Update your timezone in Settings if reports arrive at unexpected times
Report Delivery
Reports are sent via email with:- Subject: “[Helper Name] Weekly Report - [Date Range]”
- PDF attachment with the full report
- Brief summary in the email body
Managing Reports
To modify or disable a scheduled report:- Open the helper settings
- Go to Scheduled Reports section
- Adjust options or toggle off
Multiple Reports
You can set up scheduled reports for multiple helpers. Each helper has its own schedule and recipient settings.Report History
Past reports are not stored in Peanuts. If you need historical reports:- Check your email archive
- Use the manual “Generate Report” feature for specific date ranges
