Features

Streaks

Habits automatically track consecutive days:
TypeWhat It Shows
CurrentUnbroken chain up to today
BestLongest streak you’ve achieved
At RiskWarning if you haven’t completed today
Missing a day resets your current streak—but your best streak record is permanent motivation.

Calendar Visualization

The monthly calendar gives you:
  • Pattern recognition — See which days you typically miss
  • Motivation — Visual chains encourage continuation
  • History — Browse past months to see progress

Completion Percentage

See your consistency rate: This month: 85% (17/20 days so far)
Percentage only counts elapsed days—future days aren’t included in the calculation.

Adding Detail Fields

Want to log more than just completion? Add fields in Edit Mode:

Tips & Best Practices

Master one before adding more. Successful chains build confidence.
Link to existing behavior: “After morning coffee, I meditate.”
“Read 1 page” beats “Read 30 minutes” for building consistency.
Set reminder 30 minutes before your ideal completion time.
Visual streaks are powerful—protect them once they start.

Example: Daily Meditation
