Every PDF report includes:| Section | Description |

| Header | Helper name with your theme color and date range |
| Stats Grid | Total entries, total value, and average for numeric fields |
| 7-Day Trend | Visual bar chart showing daily activity |
| Entries Table | Up to 15 recent entries with key field values |
| Footer | Generation timestamp and page numbers |

Generating a Report
Open your helper
Tap the download icon
Select 'Generate PDF Report'
Choose your date range
- 7 days - Last week of activity
- 14 days - Last two weeks
- 30 days - Last month
- Custom - Pick specific start and end dates
Download or email
- Tap Download PDF to save to your device
- Or enter an email address to send it directly

Emailing Reports
Share reports directly with others without downloading first:- In the report dialog, enter the recipient’s email address
- Tap the mail icon button
- The recipient gets a beautifully formatted email with the PDF attached
Data Export
Export your raw data for use in spreadsheets, databases, or other tools.Export Formats

- All field values in separate columns
- Boolean fields shown as “Yes” / “No”

- Recipient email - Where to send the report
- Day of week - Which day to send (Monday-Sunday)
- Time - What time to send (in your timezone)

What Gets Sent
The weekly email includes:- Summary stats - Entry count, totals, and averages for the past 7 days
- Recent entries table - Up to 10 entries with key field values
- Trend indicator - Visual comparison of your week’s activity

- Ensure you have enough device storage
- Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
- On iOS, the PDF may open in a new tab - use the share button to save

- Email filtering rules blocking attachments

- The scheduled report toggle is enabled
- The recipient email is correct
- The day and time haven’t passed yet this week
- Check spam folder for emails from Peanuts
Missing data in export
Missing data in export
- Calculated fields are excluded from exports
- Image fields are not included in CSV/JSON
- Very long text may be truncated in PDF tables
- JSON export contains all raw data if you need complete records
Charts not showing in PDF
Charts not showing in PDF
- Ensure you have entries within the selected date range
- Charts require at least one numeric field to display values
- If no numeric field exists, the chart shows entry counts instead
