What Gets Sent

The weekly email includes:
  • Summary stats - Entry count, totals, and averages for the past 7 days
  • Recent entries table - Up to 10 entries with key field values
  • Trend indicator - Visual comparison of your week’s activity
Unlike on-demand PDF reports, scheduled reports are sent as HTML emails (not PDF attachments). This makes them faster to load and easier to read on mobile devices.

Export your data to CSV or JSON periodically as a backup. Store copies in cloud storage for safekeeping.

Weekly Reviews

Schedule reports for Sunday evening or Monday morning to review the previous week and plan ahead.

Professional Sharing

Use PDF reports when sharing with professionals - the branded format looks polished and trustworthy.

Spreadsheet Analysis

Export to CSV for deeper analysis in Excel or Google Sheets. Create charts, pivot tables, and custom calculations.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps:
  1. Check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings
  2. Ensure you have enough device storage
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
  4. On iOS, the PDF may open in a new tab - use the share button to save
Check for:
  • Typos in the email address
  • Spam or junk folder
  • Email filtering rules blocking attachments
  • Reports are sent from [email protected] - add to contacts
Verify:
  • The scheduled report toggle is enabled
  • The recipient email is correct
  • The day and time haven’t passed yet this week
  • Check spam folder for emails from Peanuts
Note that:
  • Calculated fields are excluded from exports
  • Image fields are not included in CSV/JSON
  • Very long text may be truncated in PDF tables
  • JSON export contains all raw data if you need complete records
The PDF includes a 7-day trend chart by default. If it appears empty:
  • Ensure you have entries within the selected date range
  • Charts require at least one numeric field to display values
  • If no numeric field exists, the chart shows entry counts instead
