Quick Setup

Verify Your Email

Ensure your account email is verified. Check for a verification email or resend from Settings → Account.

Enable Digests

Go to Settings → Preferences and toggle on Email Digests.

Choose Frequency

Select Daily, Weekly, or both.

Weekly Recaps

A comprehensive summary delivered every Monday morning. Includes:
  • Total entries across all helpers
  • Streak progress and milestones
  • Week-over-week comparisons
  • Highlights and patterns
Weekly recaps aggregate data from your Global Digest setting. Enable it in Settings → Preferences.

Per-Helper Digests

Each helper can have its own email schedule:

Open Helper Settings

Navigate to your helper and tap the Settings (gear) icon.

Find Notifications

Scroll to the Notifications section.

Configure Email

Enable email notifications and set the frequency.

Forwarding to Others

Share a helper’s activity with someone else:
  1. In helper settings, find Forward Digest To
  2. Enter their email address
  3. They’ll receive the same digest you do
Forwarding is great for coaches, partners, or managers who need visibility without app access.

Accountability Partners

Set up an Accountability Partner to receive your progress:
  • Weekly PDF reports with stats and charts
  • Entry summaries (no private notes unless you include them)
  • Streak and consistency metrics
  1. Open your helper’s Settings
  2. Scroll to Reports
  3. Enable Scheduled Reports
  4. Enter their email in Send To
  5. Choose frequency (Weekly recommended)
  • You choose which helpers share data
  • Accountability partners cannot access your account
  • Stop sharing anytime by removing their email

Managing Preferences

All email settings in one place:

Open Settings

Navigate to Settings → Preferences

Find Email Section

Scroll to Email Notifications

Toggle Options

  • Email Digests — Master toggle for digest emails
  • Digest Day — Choose which day for weekly recaps
  • Low-Credit Alerts — Notify when credits run low

Troubleshooting

Check:
  • Your email is verified (Settings → Account)
  • Digests are enabled (Settings → Preferences)
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Add [email protected] to your contacts
Digests use your account timezone. Update it in Settings → Preferences → Timezone.
Disable per-helper digests if you only want the global summary. Or set helpers to forward instead of duplicate.
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Ask them to check spam folder
  • Ensure scheduled reports are enabled for that helper
