Overview

Manage all aspects of your Peanuts subscription from the Billing page at /settings/billing. View your current plan, track payment history, and make changes to your subscription.

Peanuts offers four subscription tiers to match your needs. All paid plans include a free trial and can be billed monthly or yearly.

Team plan is billed per seat. Each team member gets their own credit allocation and helper access.

AI Credits System

Credits are the currency for AI-powered features in Peanuts. Different operations consume different amounts of credits based on their complexity.

Credit Reset Cycle

Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Monitoring Your Credits

Track your credit usage in two ways:
  1. Header Counter — Quick glance at remaining credits from any page
  2. Credits Usage Dashboard — Detailed breakdown at /settings/credits
The dashboard shows:
  • Remaining credits and usage percentage
  • Breakdown by operation type (pie chart)
  • Recent activity (bar chart)
  • Full transaction history

How to Purchase

Go to Credits

Navigate to Settings → Credits Usage

Click Buy Credits

Select the Buy Credits button

Choose Your Pack

Select 50, 150, or 400 credits

Complete Payment

Pay securely via card or other methods

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing

Click Change Plan

Select the Change Plan button

Choose New Tier

Select Starter, Pro, or Team

Select Billing Period

Choose monthly or yearly billing

Complete Payment

Enter payment details and confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll receive the new credit allocation right away.

Changing Billing Period

Switch between monthly and yearly billing from the Billing page. When switching to yearly:
  • Pay for 10 months upfront
  • Get 2 months free
  • New billing cycle starts immediately

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling your subscription will downgrade you to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period.
What you’ll lose:
  • Access to premium features (Voice, Try-On, Ask Peanuts)
  • Credit allocation above 50/month
  • Helpers beyond the 3-helper limit (archived, not deleted)
  • Data history beyond 7 days
  • Telegram and webhook integrations

Find the cancel option in your plan card

Confirm Cancellation

Review what you’ll lose and confirm
Your data is never deleted when you cancel. Archived helpers and entries remain accessible if you resubscribe.

Payment History

View all past transactions from the Billing page. Each entry shows:
  • Date — When the transaction occurred
  • Description — Plan tier or credit pack purchased
  • Amount — Total charged
  • Status — Current payment state

Low Credit Alerts

Peanuts sends email notifications when your credits are running low to help you avoid interruptions.

Alert Thresholds

You’ll receive an email when credits drop to:
  • 10 credits remaining
  • 5 credits remaining
  • 3 credits remaining
  • 1 credit remaining

Opting Out

If you prefer not to receive these notifications:

Frequently Asked Questions

Credits reset on your monthly billing date. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, credits reset on the 15th of each month.You can see your next reset date in the Credits Usage dashboard.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over. They reset to your plan’s allocation on your billing date.However, purchased credits (from top-ups) never expire and remain until used.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for subscription refunds.Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
No! Credits purchased through top-up packs never expire. They remain in your account until used, even if you cancel your subscription.

Absolutely. Peanuts uses Adyen, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Currently, pausing isn’t available. You can cancel and resubscribe when ready — your data will be preserved.
You’ll receive an email notification. Your subscription remains active for a short grace period while you update your payment method.Update your card in Settings → Billing to avoid service interruption.
