Credits are the currency for AI-powered features in Peanuts. Different operations consume different amounts of credits based on their complexity.Credit Costs

Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Switch between monthly and yearly billing from the Billing page. When switching to yearly:- Pay for 10 months upfront

Cancelling Your Subscription
What you’ll lose:- Access to premium features (Voice, Try-On, Ask Peanuts)
- Credit allocation above 50/month
- Helpers beyond the 3-helper limit (archived, not deleted)
- Data history beyond 7 days
- Telegram and webhook integrations

Review what you’ll lose and confirm
Your data is never deleted when you cancel. Archived helpers and entries remain accessible if you resubscribe.
Payment History
View all past transactions from the Billing page. Each entry shows:- Date — When the transaction occurred
- Description — Plan tier or credit pack purchased
- Amount — Total charged
- Status — Current payment state

Credits reset on your monthly billing date. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, credits reset on the 15th of each month.You can see your next reset date in the Credits Usage dashboard.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over. They reset to your plan’s allocation on your billing date.However, purchased credits (from top-ups) never expire and remain until used.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for subscription refunds.Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
