    * Works across web, mobile, and Telegram

    No app store download required! Peanuts is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that installs directly from your browser. Visit [peanutsapp.com](https://peanutsapp.com), sign up, and tap "Add to Home Screen" for the full app experience.

    Yes! The Free plan includes:

    * Up to 3 helpers
    * 50 AI credits per month
    * Web and mobile access

  <Accordion title="What's a 'helper'?">
    A helper is your personal tracking tool for a specific purpose—like an expense tracker, workout log, or reading list. Each helper has:

    * Custom fields tailored to what you're tracking
    * A unique command (e.g., `/expenses`)
    * Optional widgets for stats and charts

    You describe what you want to track, and Peanuts creates a helper automatically.

## Account & Billing

  <Accordion title="How do I change my email address?">
    Currently, email addresses cannot be changed directly. To use a different email:

    1. Create a new account with your preferred email
    2. Export data from your current account (if needed)
    3. Recreate your helpers on the new account

    We're working on a proper email change feature.

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    1. Go to **Settings** → **Billing**
    2. Click **Manage Subscription**
    3. Select **Cancel Subscription**

    Your access continues until the end of your billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my data if I downgrade?">
    Your data is never deleted when downgrading. However:

    * If you exceed the helper limit, you won't be able to create new helpers
    * Existing helpers remain accessible
    * Premium features (webhooks, advanced voice) become unavailable

    Upgrade anytime to regain full access.

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my account?">
    1. Go to **Settings** → **Account**
    2. Scroll to **Danger Zone**
    3. Click **Delete Account**
    4. Confirm by typing your email

      This permanently deletes all your data, helpers, and entries. This action cannot be undone.

## Credits & Usage

    Credits are used for AI-powered features like:

    * Voice transcription (8 credits)
    * Text-to-speech (12 credits)
    * AI parsing and insights (1 credit)
    * Image analysis/Smart Scan (5 credits)
    * Instant Logs cost 0 credits ⚡

    Credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle.

  <Accordion title="I ran out of credits. What now?">
    Options when credits are exhausted:

    1. **Wait for reset** — Credits refresh monthly
    2. **Buy a top-up** — One-time credit packs at Settings → Credits
    3. **Upgrade your plan** — Higher tiers include more credits

    Basic features (manual entry, viewing data) work without credits.

  <Accordion title="Why did my credits disappear?">
    Credits reset to your plan's allowance each billing cycle—they don't roll over. Check your reset date at **Settings** → **Credits**.

    If credits dropped unexpectedly mid-cycle, check your **Usage History** for recent AI operations.

  <Accordion title="How can I use fewer credits?">
    Tips to conserve credits:

    * Use text entry instead of voice when convenient
    * Disable "Read Aloud" in Ask Peanuts
    * Use Quick Voice instead of Hands-Free Mode
    * Batch similar entries instead of logging one at a time

## Helpers & Data

  <Accordion title="How do I edit a helper's fields?">
    1. Open your helper
    2. Tap the **gear icon** → **Edit Helper**
    3. Choose **Quick Edit** (simple changes) or **Advanced** (full control)
    4. Add, remove, or modify fields
    5. Save changes

    Existing entries aren't affected—new fields appear empty on old entries.

  <Accordion title="Can I change a helper's type after creating it?">
    Helper types (Form, Tracker, List, etc.) are set at creation and can't be changed directly. However, you can:

    1. Create a new helper with the desired type
    2. Describe your needs—Peanuts may suggest migrating
    3. Manually recreate if the structure is very different

  <Accordion title="How do I delete a helper?">
    1. Open the helper
    2. Tap **gear icon** → **Delete Helper**
    3. Confirm deletion

      Deleting a helper permanently removes all its entries. Export your data first if you need it.

  <Accordion title="Can I export my data?">
    Yes! From any helper:

    1. Tap the **menu** (three dots)
    2. Select **Export**
    3. Choose format (CSV or JSON)

    For full account export, go to **Settings** → **Account** → **Export All Data**.

  <Accordion title="Is my data private?">
    Absolutely. Your data is:

    * Encrypted in transit and at rest
    * Never shared with third parties
    * Never used to train AI models
    * Accessible only by you (and your Telegram bot if connected)

## Voice Features

    1. **Microphone permission** — Browser/device must have mic access

    * Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
    * Refresh the page
    * Test your mic in another app

    * Speak clearly at a normal pace
    * Reduce background noise

  <Accordion title="Audio isn't playing in Hands-Free Mode">
    Troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check device volume and silent/vibrate mode
    2. Try with headphones
    3. Verify Bluetooth is connected (if using wireless audio)
    4. Ensure "Read Aloud" is enabled in settings
    5. Refresh and try again

## WhatsApp Integration

    1. Verify your phone is linked in Settings → WhatsApp
    2. Check you haven't exceeded rate limits (15 msg/hour on Free tier)

  <Accordion title="How do I check my credits via WhatsApp?">
    Send **credits** or **/credits** to get an instant balance check.
    This is a "fast path" that doesn't cost any credits.

    Send a message like:

    * "I need a helper for tracking my sleep"
    * "Create a tracker for my daily expenses"

    Peanuts will design a helper and ask you to reply "yes" to confirm.

  <Accordion title="What are the WhatsApp rate limits?">

    * Use consistent wording for similar entries
    * Include keywords that match your helper name

## Telegram Integration

    1. Create a bot via @BotFather
    2. Copy your bot token
    3. Add it in Peanuts Settings → Telegram
    4. Start a chat with your bot and send `/start`

    **Common fixes:**

    1. Verify the bot token is correct (no extra spaces)
    2. Make sure you started a chat with `/start`
    3. Check if the chat is authorized in Peanuts settings
    4. Ensure your Peanuts account is active

    **Still stuck?**

    * Regenerate the bot token via @BotFather
    * Remove and re-add the integration

  <Accordion title="Photos aren't being analyzed">
    Photo analysis requires:

    * Active subscription (Starter+)
    * Available credits (5 per image)
    * Supported image format (JPG, PNG, WebP)
    * Image under 20MB

    If analysis fails, try a clearer photo with better lighting.

  <Accordion title="How do I disconnect Telegram?">
    1. Go to **Settings** → **Telegram**
    2. Click **Disconnect**
    3. Optionally, delete the bot via @BotFather

    Your Peanuts data remains intact after disconnecting.

## Webhooks & Integrations

    **Checklist:**

    1. ✅ Webhook is enabled in helper settings
    2. ✅ URL is correct and publicly accessible
    3. ✅ Endpoint returns 2xx status code
    4. ✅ You're on Starter plan or higher

    Check **Webhook History** for specific error messages.

  <Accordion title="Signature verification is failing">
    Common issues:

    * Using parsed JSON instead of raw request body
    * Secret has extra whitespace
    * Using SHA1 instead of SHA256
    * Not using timing-safe comparison

    Offline entries sync automatically when connection returns.

  <Accordion title="Push notifications aren't working">
    **On iOS:**

    * Must be installed as PWA (Add to Home Screen)
    * Notifications must be enabled in iOS Settings
    * iOS 16.4+ required

    **On Android:**

    * Enable notifications in browser settings
    * Check "Do Not Disturb" mode
    * Ensure battery optimization isn't blocking

    **In Peanuts:**

    * Settings → Notifications → Enable push
    * Check Quiet Hours settings

    This usually indicates a loading error:

    1. Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)

    5. Check if ad blockers are interfering
