# AI Outputs

Every document, image, and report generated by Peanuts is automatically saved and tracked. This gives you a complete history of all AI-generated content with powerful search and analytics.

## What Gets Tracked

The following AI outputs are automatically saved:

* **Documents** - Invoices, quotes, proposals, contracts
* **Visual Documents** - Branded PDFs with custom layouts
* **Images** - AI-generated images for any purpose
* **Reports** - Analysis and summary reports

## Viewing Your Outputs

### Via the Outputs Page

Navigate to **Settings → AI Outputs** to see all your generated content. You can:

* Filter by output type (documents, images, reports)
* Search by client name or content
* Filter by time period
* Download any output
* Delete outputs you no longer need

### Via Ask Peanuts

You can query your outputs using natural language:

```
"Show my quotes for ACME this month"
"How much did I invoice in January?"
"List all images I generated this week"
"What's my total invoice value this year?"
```

## Output Metadata

Each output stores:

| **Created** | When the output was generated |

## Analytics

Ask Peanuts can provide analytics on your outputs:

* **Count by type** - How many of each type you've generated
* **Total value** - Sum of all invoice/quote amounts
* **By client** - Breakdown of outputs per client
* **Trends** - Compare across time periods

Example queries:

```
"How many invoices did I create this month vs last month?"
"Which client has the most quotes?"
"What's the average invoice value?"
```

## Tips

1. **Regular cleanup** - Delete old test outputs to keep your history clean
2. **Use client names** - Consistent client naming makes searching easier
3. **Ask Peanuts** - Natural language queries are often faster than browsing
